THE PLANNING COMMISSION WILL CONSIDER THE PROJECT ONLY FOR TECHNICAL MATTERS, A FINDING ON THE ADEQUACY OF THE WATER SUPPLY, AND PLAN CONSISTENCY AT THIS HEARING. AFTER THE SCORING PROCESS IS COMPLETE, THE PROJECT WILL GO BACK TO THE PLANNING COMMISSION, AT ANOTHER PUBLIC HEARING, FOR A DECISION ON THE SUBDIVISION ITSELF.
