1.         1:30PM - Moses Doyle Eugene & Mary Ewing Moses TRS (Holly Farm) - PLN100036

            Project Planner:  Paula Bradley.  Environmental Status:  Exempt.  Project Description:  Use Permit to allow the continued use of a Special Use Facility for social events such as weddings, family reunions, and private parties in conjunction with the rental of the existing single family dwelling on a two parcels, total 3.7 acre (known as the Holly Farm). An office is currently on an adjacent parcel (APN: 169‑151‑003) in an existing single family residence. The previous 10‑year extension (PLN980399) of Use Permit (ZA95035) expired on 11/19/09.  The property is located at 9200 Carmel Valley Road, Carmel Valley (Assessor's Parcel Numbers 169‑141‑022‑000 and 161‑151‑030‑000), Carmel Valley Master Plan Area.  Recommended Action:  Approve Project

 

2.         1:30PM - Barry Roger J & Martha Doerge TRS - PLN100419

            Project Planner:  Anna Quenga.  Environmental Status:  Exempt.  Project Description:  Combined Development Permit consisting of: 1) a Coastal Administrative Permit to allow the demolition of an existing 1,610 square foot single family dwelling and construction of a new two‑story 2,817 square foot single family dwelling including attached garage and approximately 650 cubic yards of grading (500 cubic yards of cut and 150 cubic yards of fill); 2) a Coastal Development to allow development within 750 feet of known archaeological resources; and 3) a Design Approval.  The property is located at 26273 Ocean View Avenue, Carmel (Assessor's Parcel Number 009‑431‑010‑000), Coastal Zone.  Recommended Action:  Approve Project

The Recommended Action indicates the staff recommendation at the time the agenda was prepared.  That recommendation does not limit the Zoning Administrator’s alternative actions on any matter before it.
