            Project Planner:  Ramon Montano/Bob Schubert.  Environmental Status:  Exempt

            Project Description:  Administrative Permit to allow the reconstruction of an existing 800 square foot one story, single-family dwelling with a new 750 square foot one story, single-story dwelling; a Variance to allow a front yard setback of approximately 15 where a 30 foot setback is required and Design Approval.  The property is located at 9 Camp Steffani Road, Carmel Valley (Assessor's Parcel Number 197-091-012-000), Carmel Valley Master Plan Area.  Recommended Action:  Approve Project.

The Recommended Action indicates the staff recommendation at the time the agenda was prepared.  That recommendation does not limit the Zoning Administrator’s alternative actions on any matter before it.
