Project Planner: Delinda Robinson. Environmental Status: Mitigated Negative Declaration. Project Description: Combined Development Permit consisting
of: 1) a Coastal Development Permit to re‑align the entrance to an
existing dirt fire road (Fire Road #20) including approximately 120 cubic yards
of grading (cut and fill) to improve access for large fire vehicles; 2) Coastal
Development Permit for development on slopes exceeding 30%; 3) Coastal
Development Permit to allow the removal of six Monterey Pine trees; and 4)
Coastal Development Permit for development within 100 feet of environmentally
sensitive habitat. The property is

service/storage and mechanical area, as well as a 1,071 square foot room for
dining, tasting. meetings, with a wine tasting bar,
and restrooms. Use of the facility is
intended to allow culinary demonstrations, presentations, wine tasting and
