Project Description: Coastal Development Permit and Design
Approval to allow development within an area of a positive archaeological site
consisting of a small garden renovation including: removing the existing lawn,
paving, steps, walls, and granite driveway and replacing with permeable stone
pavers and the construction of a new 6‑foot fence, barbecue, fireplace,
garden walls and minor grading of approximately 10 cubic yards of cut. The property is located at 2498 17th Avenue,
