1.         9:00 AM - Orradre Ranch - Sprint on behalf of Depratti Inc - PLN130705

            Project Planner:  Dan Lister.  Project Location:  Near Highway 101 and Sargents Road, San Ardo.  Assessor’s Parcel No:  423‑081‑052‑000.  Permit Type:  Use Permit.  Planning Area:  South County.  Environmental Status:  Categorical Exemption.  Project Description:  Use Permit to allow the construction of a Wireless Communications Facility that will provide co-location of up to five wireless carriers (Verizon Wireless and Sprint initially).  The facility includes an 85 foot high monopole with 57 panel antennas, equipment shelters, and two small areas for back-up generators.  Approximately 5,000 square feet of leased area will be surrounded by security fencing.  Recommended Action:  Approve Project

The Recommended Action indicates the staff recommendation at the time the agenda was prepared.  That recommendation does not limit the Zoning Administrator’s alternative actions on any matter before it.
