           Project Planner:  Daniel Lister.  Project Location:  1 Estate Dr, Monterey.  Assessor’s Parcel No:  173‑074‑006‑000.  Permit Type:  Use Permit.  Planning Area:  Greater Monterey Peninsula.  Environmental Status:  Categorical Exemption.  Project Description:  CONTINUED FROM AUGUST 14, 2014.  Design Approval to allow the construction of a 7,883 square foot two‑story single family dwelling with an attached four‑car garage and accessory structures.  Recommended Action:  Approve Project.

The Recommended Action indicates the staff recommendation at the time the agenda was prepared.  That recommendation does not limit the Zoning Administrator’s alternative actions on any matter before it.
