Coastal Development Permit to allow development within 100 feet of ESHA; and 4)
a Coastal Development Permit to allow development within the Big Sur Critical
Viewshed. Recommended Action: Adopt
the Mitigated Negative Declaration with the Mitigation Monitoring Reporting
Plan and Approve Project
