Career Online High School

Free Online High School Diploma Program through Monterey County Free Libraries

If you are 18 years or older we can help you earn your High School diploma online for free!

A limited number of scholarships are available starting September 2019.

About the Program:

Monterey County Free Libraries' Career Online High School (COHS) program will award a limited number of scholarships to students (18 years and older) who want to earn their High School Diploma online. You must meet requirements and pass a pre-course and interview. You will be supported from enrollment to graduation. Earn your High School Diploma and expand your career opportunities or prepare to enter the workforce. The Library is here to help you!

How to Apply Now:

Student Requirements:

  •  Spend 8-10 hours per week at a minimum on the self-paced program.

  • Work with an assigned online academic coach for guidance and support.

  • Attend online courses that are available 24/7.

  • Complete 18 credits within 18 months.

You will receive an accredited High School Diploma upon completion of the program!

Scholarships are sponsored by a grant from the California State Library and the Foundation for Monterey County Free Libraries.
