C.      APPROVAL OF MINUTES:  April 8, 2010

 

Committee Comment:  Mr. Moss: Stated to add the vote to the Minutes for April 8, 2010.  It was moved by Mr. Chad Alinio and seconded by Ms. Janna Faulk to accept the minutes.

NOES:             None.

ABSTAIN:       Keith Vandevere was absent for the hearing of April 8, 2010.

D.      SCHEDULED ITEMS: MINOR SUBDIVISION COMMITTEE

PROJECT PLANNER:  DELINDA ROBINSON.  ENVIRONMENTAL STATUS:  MITIGATED NEGATIVE DELCARATION.  PROJECT DESCRIPTION:  COASTAL DEVELOPMENT PERMIT FOR A MINOR SUBDIVISION TENTATIVE MAP TO DIVIDE A 3.02 ACRE LOT INTO TWO 1.51 ACRE LOTS.  THE PROJECT IS LOCATED AT 1272 SOMBRIA LANE, PEBBLE BEACH (ASSESSOR’S PARCEL NUMBER 008-301-007-000) DEL MONTE FOREST LAND USE PLAN.  RECOMMENDED ACTION:  APPROVE PROJECT.

 

Mrs. Delinda Robinson, Project Planner, presented project.

 

Staff clarified corrections to the Staff Report on page 19 the Decision letter (a) the date of the staff report should read May 27, 2010 rather than May 11, 2010.

 

Applicant Comment:  Mr. Denver Dale, Applicant approvals of the conditions of approval.

 

Public Comment:  None.

 

Committee Comment:  None.

 

It was moved by Mr. Keith Vandevere and seconded by Mrs. Jacqueline R. Onciano to adopt the mitigated negative declaration and Exhibit F with attached Mitigation Monitoring Recording Program and Exhibit C-1 and approve the Coastal Development Permit for this Minor Subdivision based on the findings and evidence that is subject to the Conditions of Approval with the changes noted at this hearing.
