PROJECT PLANNER: CRAIG SPENCER. ENVIRONMENTAL STATUS: ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: CONTINUED FROM
Planning Manager, John Ford, presented project and stated a change to the Conditions Matrix in the Staff Report.
Committee Member Alinio discussed and clarified Condition Number 12 between Staff.
Committee Member Lutes, Parks Department discussed the Youth Camp and the Oak Woodland Theme and trees.
Chair McPharlin discussed the
Applicant Comment: Jim Cook, Director of the Redevelopment and Housing Office, also present is Laura Forbes, the Consulting Planner, Hunter Herewith and Carl from Monterey-Salinas Transit.
Chair McPharlin discussed and make sure you have adequate fire protection.
Jim Cook, the Director of the Redevelopment and Housing Office clarified.
Committee Member Lutes discussion regarding condition 61 between Committee and Staff.
Planning Manager, John Ford and Jim Cook, the Director of the Redevelopment and Housing Office clarified the tree issue.
Laura Forbes, the Consulting Planner agrees with the Staff Report and Conditions.

It was moved by Committee Member Onciano, seconded by Committee Member Van Horn to consider the Draft Environmental Impact Report with attached Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program and recommend the Planning Commission adopted the Findings and Evidence of Exhibit C and Condition of Approval of Exhibit C-1 as they have been amended and submitted by the Planning Staff.

Committee Member Jacqueline R. Onciano reported the Standard and Minor Subdivision Committee is scheduled for the Planning Commission for the 23rd of February with the Recommended Subdivision Ordinance Modifications.
