THE GUIDELINES WILL SERVE AS THE "OAK WOODLANDS MANAGEMENT PLAN" THAT WOULD ALLOW LANDOWNERS, ORGANIZATIONS AND LOCAL GOVERNMENT ENTITIES TO BE ELIGIBLE TO APPLY FOR BOND FUNDS FROM THE STATE WILDLIFE CONSERVATION BOARD.
