1.         9:00AM – CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (CIP) FY 2010/11 - PD070267

            Planning Area:  County-Wide.  Project Planner:  Patricia A. Lopez, Public Works.  Environmental Status:  N/A.  Project Description:  review major public improvement projects for fy 2010/11 within Monterey County's Capital Improvement Program (CIP) and report on their conformity with the 1982 general plan.  The CIP Consists Of A Program Identifying Projects To Be Funded Or Constructed By The County Of Monterey.  Recommended Action:  find that the major public improvement projects conform to the 1982 general plan

 

2.         2010 DRAFT MONTEREY COUNTY GENERAL PLAN - PLN070525

            Project Planner:  Alana Knaster and Carl Holm.  Environmental Status:  Final Environmental Impact Report Prepared.  Project Description:  Public Workshop to Receive an Overview of the General Plan Update and FINAL Environmental Impact Report.  Recommended Action:  Conduct Workshop, provide direction to staff regarding the format and schedule for public hearings, and continue to April 14, 2010 to begin public hearing.

The Recommended Action indicates the staff recommendation at the time the agenda was prepared.  That recommendation does not limit the Planning Commission’s alternative actions on any matter before it.
