Declaration. Project Description: Combined Development Permit consisting
of: 1) Coastal Administrative Permit to allow for the demolition of an existing
3,914 square foot single family dwelling and the construction of a 14,123
square foot three‑level single family dwelling with a 1,046 square foot
three‑car attached garage, removal of 13,661 square feet of existing
hardscape (patios, pathways, terraces, parking areas, driveway) and
construction of 7,666 new hardscape, new fence and gate at front property line
and approximately 3,150 cubic yards of grading (2,650 cut/500 fill; 2) Coastal
Development Permit for development within 750 feet of known archaeological
resources; 3) Coastal Development Permit for development within 100 feet of
environmentally sensitive habitat; 4) Coastal Development Permit for
development on slope greater than 30%;5) Coastal Development Permit to allow
the construction of a 544 square foot attached Caretaker's Unit; and 6) Design
Approval. The property is located at
