Project Description: Combined Development Permit
consisting of: 1) Use Permit and Design Approval to allow the construction of a
new telecommunications tower as a 25 foot tall tree pole with 4 antenna panels
and 8 additional antenna panels constructed on a metal support structure
constructed approximately 2 feet from the surface of the existing water tank;
and a 11.5 foot wide by 20 foot long (230 square foot) equipment shelter at the
north westerly base of the water tank and grading less than 50 cubic yards of
cut and fill: 2) a Use Permit to allow ridgeline development. The property is
located at
