            Project Planner:  Joe Sidor.  Project Location:  40990 Hwy 1, Monterey.  Assessor’s Parcel No.:  418‑171‑003‑000.  Permit Type:  Fee Waiver Request.  Planning Area:  Coast‑Big Sur.  Environmental Status:  N/A.  Project Description:  Request for a waiver of fees for after-the-fact Combined Development Permit (PLN120392) to clear Code Enforcement File No. 19900060.  Recommended Action:  Grant Fee Waiver

 

3/4.      9:00 AM –County of Monterey – Proof of Access Ordinances – PLN060127 (Inland)/REF130084 (Coastal)

            Project Planner:  Craig Spencer.  Project Location:  Countywide.  Environmental Status:  Categorically Exempt.  Project Description:  Two ordinances both amending County zoning to establish regulations for the issuance of land use permits and entitlements for development proposing to utilize private roads.  One ordinance would apply in the non-coastal unincorporated area of Monterey County; the other ordinance would apply in the coastal unincorporated area of the County.  Both ordinances would establish regulations for the consideration of discretionary land use permits that involve the use of a private road, street, or other travelled way.  Recommended Action:  Recommend Adoption to the Board of Supervisors

The Recommended Action indicates the staff recommendation at the time the agenda was prepared.  That recommendation does not limit the Planning Commission’s alternative actions on any matter before it.
