Project Description: Two ordinances both amending County zoning to establish regulations for the issuance of land use permits and entitlements for development proposing to utilize private roads. One ordinance would apply in the non-coastal unincorporated area of Monterey County; the other ordinance would apply in the coastal unincorporated area of the County. Both ordinances would establish regulations for the consideration of discretionary land use permits that involve the use of a private road, street, or other travelled way. Recommended Action: Recommend Adoption to the Board of Supervisors
