Carmel Valley Ranch from 144 units to 181 units (37 units); 2) Administrative
Permit for the construction of a new two‑story building (Building J ‑
10 units); and . and 3) a Design
Approval for the understory (crawl-space) conversion of existing structures (27
units). The understory conversion portion of the proposed project will
take place at the following locations/buildings: Building 18 (4 units -
211A, 214LB, 215A, 215B), Building 19 (3 units - 206A, 206B, 210A), Building A
(4 units - 140L, 140LB, 141L, 142L), Building B (5 units - 152L, 153L, 154L,

project will also require the removal of 12-15 (8" -10") planted

of the "Right‑to‑Farm" ordinance. Recommended

Status: N/A. Project Description: CONTINUED FROM JUNE 25, 2014. Ordinance to amend Section
21.66.050 (Archaeological Resources Standards) of Title 21 (non-coastal zoning)
of the Monterey County Code to establish new policies and procedures for the
protection of archaeological resources and amend Title 2 of the Monterey County
Code to add Chapter 2.95 to establish a Native Californian Advisory Panel consistent
with 2010 General Plan Goals OS‑6 and OS‑8. Recommended Action: Receive Status Report
